Change-of-mind returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, please return the item within 14 days.

Hygiene and sealed-product exception
For hygiene reasons, intimate products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns once the hygiene seal has been opened.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
This does not affect your legal rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at helloticklytoys@gmail.com. We’ll arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.

Return postage
You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we’ll cover reasonable return postage.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or earlier where you provide evidence that it has been sent back. Original standard delivery charges are refunded for a valid cancellation, but any additional cost for upgraded delivery is not refundable.
