Shipping & Discreet Delivery
Discreet packaging and billing: Every order from Ticklytoys is dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand name, logo, or indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel. Your bank or card statement will show a discreet billing descriptor, not our store name.
UK Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: £3.99, typically 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: £5.99, typically 1–2 working days
- Free delivery over £35: UK delivery is free when your order is over £35
For orders under £35, the lowest available paid delivery option is £3.99. Delivery options are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Orders are processed and dispatched on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Where available, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your parcel's progress.
