Discreet Packaging & Delivery
We understand that privacy matters. Every order from Tickly Toys is dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging — there is no brand name, logo, or any indication of the contents on the outside of your parcel. Your bank or card statement will show a discreet billing descriptor, not our store name.
UK Delivery Options
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.
- Standard Delivery — typically 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery — typically 1–2 working days (where available)
Orders are processed and dispatched on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your parcel's progress.
